Hifumi is a girl with long blonde hair with low twintails. Hifumi has a bright yellow eyes and an average figure. Hifumi wears a standard white cardigan with blue sailor collar and yellow bowtie, along with dark blue skirt and a black pantyhose and a standard white shoes.
Usually seen with Peroro-themed merchandise like her white backpack. Uses an L85 assault rifle.
