power (chainsaw man)
A main character in Chainsaw Man. She is a Blood Devil and Public Safety Devil Hunter who is part of Makima's special 4th divison squad. Her abilities include manipulating blood, which she often uses to form weapons in battle.
She also pads her chest, so the chest size she is usually depicted with is a result of padding. This revelation caused Denji to have an existential crisis.

She has very long blonde hair with a bang between her yellow eyes, red demon horns, she also has sharp teeth. Her default outfit consists of a blue jacket over a white collared shirt that's partially tucked in, a black necktie, black pants with the legs rolled up, and a pair of white shoes with a red trim and orange shoelaces.
Her most popular outfit consists of a pink long-sleeved shirt with "76.1" written on it that reveals black bra straps (this is often depicted as a crop top), and high-waisted denim short shorts.
