Her full name is Tsukatsuki Rio.
Her firearm is a M1911 pistol.
Has very long black hair decorated with a single hairclip shaped like the Millennium science school logo and ringed red eyes with white pupils. Wears a white turtleneck sweater underneath a black blazer with a id card. Also wears a pleated skirt over pantyhose, a holster strapped to her thigh, and black high heels.
She is often seen with a tablet PC.
