Alcina has short black wavy hair, yellow eyes, pale skin, and red lips. She has a large, black wide-brimmed hat and multiple pearl necklaces around her neck. She wears a long white dress with a black flower on her left side and a pair of black gloves. She often carries around a cigarette holder.
Explicitly stated to be 290cm (9'6") tall with her hat and heels.
