jinki
A manga series by Tsunashima Shirou, with an anime adaption. The initial manga, Jinki, was published from 2000 to 2001. It takes place in Venezuela with Tsuzaki Aoba as the main protagonist. The sequel series, Jinki:Extend, was published from 2002 to 2008. It takes place in Tokyo with the main protagonist Hiiragi Akao. A 13 episode anime adaption also titled Jinki:Extend was released in 2005 and is a compilation of both manga series into one.
The anime generated an unnamed meme with two depictions of the main characters lined up making identical poses. While there is no tag for this meme, it can be found doing a Jinki Parody search.
In 2010 it was announced that an eroge adaption titled Jinki Extend Re:Vision would be released, making this a rare case of an official manga/anime to eroge adaption.
